Climate and weather goes hand in hand. Climate in a certain region is depending on the weather, and the weather is depending of the climate. When the climate is changing, this will be view in the weather records wil show this. So, weather reports are very good, if not the best indicators of what's happening with the climate in a certain area.
When the climate is changing, the weather reports will tell us. Temperature,rain,wind,storm,snow... Each one of these reports will give us an idea iwhen things go wrong or with the climate in. The more weather data there's been resambled, the better weather experts and scientist can calculate wether climate is changing or not. Or if planet Earth is warming up or maybe cooling down. Or is there more severe weather, or maybe not.
