Definition of Renewable energy!
Hi and welcome to our "definition of Renewable energy" page.
This energy is merely generated from naturally sources like sun energy or wind energy, Earth and bio. We all probably know what wind and solar energy means. Earth energy can be used through Geo-thermal and hydro energy.
Others like bio energy is bio fuel ( agro fueul),bio gas and wood gas,and bio mass ( wood) are much cleaner energy sources then the conventional electricity gaining from fossil fuels, as coal and fossil oil.
You can say that green energy is the future, not only for businesses, companies and organizations, but also for you and me in our private homes. This in order to support further development, help reduce the environmental impacts of conventional electricity generation, and increase their nation's oil independence.
Renewable energy is considered environmentally friendly and non-polluting. You may say that these sources of energy may provide a remedy to the systemic effects of global warming and certain forms of pollution. Wanting our not, green energy will become more important in time, and will become a important issue. This because the more conventional energy sources like fossil fuels will run dry one day.
Some scientists predict that this can happen in about 20-50 years . But true: no one really knows when this day will arrive. That the fossil fuel reserves will be ending on day is definitely a fact.
The Good news is:
More and more governments starts to see the importances of supporting the use of renewable energy, and this also on private places. Some governments have drafted specific definitions for green energy or similar that may be eligible for subsidies and support for related technologies.
Questions:
Is Nuclear energy a renewable form of energy . No, it isn't.The impact of the nuclear wast on the environment is to big to consider nuclear energy as a green form of energy. Q: Will renewable energy cover our entire needs for energy? I really do hope so. If not, then we have to set a step back or organize our way of life that we can remain our living standard the way we have it know. Otherwise we have to adapt our lifestyles to the energy that is available. Anyway, by reducing ( in our homes, our way of conveyance...)our energy consuming we can increase our carbon impact. But that's another story. There's a lot we can do ourselves to reduce our carbon impact and fight climate change. We'll make it together! More
