I believe that some governments worlwide could install these co2 collectors if they want.Maybe not now or tomorow, but in the future they will install them here and there into the country, and this probably to make a contribution in the fight against climate change.So,it might be a global warming solution too.

The pros !

The carbon dioxide air capture will indeed lowering the amounts of co2 in the atmosphere in time. But only on one condition. That there will be enough ( a lot) of these devices will be installed around the world.

THey can also be Installed on a power production plant, one that used

"bio mass" and the result: you have a "zero emission" powerplant..

The cons....

The biggest problem with capturing or filtering co2 out of the air is the storage of these gasses. I hear stories about that it will be stored underground.

My opinion is that this could give problems for the future. What if this gas escapes ( earthquake) from the underground and then comes back into the Earth atmosphere. Then the effects of global warming and climate change could start accelerating. The consequences will be incalculable..
